Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland. She is an American actress, singer as well as film director. She is well-known for her theatre work and for her performance as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. In 2006 she recorded an original cover of the classic Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an upcoming edition of Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of songs from the stage production as well as A Change in Me.
